The new menu items are carefully crafted by Executive Chef Alisdair Bletcher ranging from appetizers and salads, pizzas, sandwiches, main dishes, desserts, and a whole lot more, in the new à la carte menu.
All of the new additions to the menu will be available anytime. Some of the savoy options include:
Grilled Ciabatta with Parma Ham, Buffalo Mozzarella, Semi-Dried Tomatoes, Arugula Leaves, and Basil Pesto;
Smoked Salmon, Tomato, Buffalo Mozzarella, and Arugula Leaves Pizza; Australian Stockyard Long Fed Angus Beef Rib Eye;
and, for dessert, Dulce de Leche Cheesecake with Banana Compote, and Ginger Ice Cream.
Marco Polo Manila signature dishes like the crowd-favorite Spanish Paella; Gratinated Fillet of Chilean Sea Bass with Lemon Parsley Crust on Wilted Spinach Leaves; and Chocolate Grand Marnier, are still in the diverse menu, satisfying every craving.
