All Hail the Battery King

If the Zenfone 4 Max is any indication of how this new iteration will perform then we’re all in for a treat.

Before we go any further Asus wishes to announce that they are planning on making a line of Max(es?) independent from their usual Zenfone (plus number) line-up which will eventually mean choices for those that want more power to last the day. It’s still in the experimental stage and your support for the new line of phones from Asus will determine whether or not they can continue with their plans.

Dubbed the “Battery King,” the Zenfone Max Plus is meant, not to replace, but to enrich the line of mobile phones that are packing more and more battery, energy efficient features as well as all the usual suspects of what entails a smartphone nowadays.

Recently introduced with a sign-up only exclusive deal with Asus and Php7,000 worth of freebies, the Zenfone Max Plus M1 was met with a long line of those still hoping to get a slot to get one for themselves.

Why, you say? First from the list is the 18:9 display that lets users enjoy more content as well as the new face detection unlock feature. The dual camera setup with the second lens at a wide-angle will aid in mobile photography. At this price range, there’s not a lot we’d expect but steady performance as well as long lasting endurance – if the Zenfone 4 Max is any indication. Our review of that here.

We are currently testing the Zenfone Max Plus M1 so do watch out for that. If there are things you wish to try, hit us up on those.

What do you think of the Zenfone Max Plus M1? If you have the Zenfone 4 Max, how are you enjoying it? Let us know at the comments section below or over on Twitter @MNLMash.
