Cafe 8 takes on Latin flair with Sabor Latino

Crimson Hotel Filinvest City Manila channels the bright and vibrant Latin America flavors designed to satisfy the taste buds. This time around Cafe Eight calls in favorites from Chile, Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, and other South American countries with Sabor Latino: Latin American Buffet from 7th September until 24th September only.

Indulge in the rich and tangy flavors from the appetizers such as the Chilean salmon tartare thick and zesty with a kick of spice or the chicken fajita salad swimming in freshly diced up salsa. Build-you-own-tacos and quesadillas made a la minute can be located on the opposite buffet table right beside the empanada and the mini bar serving tequila based cocktails.

Follow that with the black bean soup with lime that wonderfully balances all the light, earthy, and smoky notes by the corns and beans base contrasted by the fresh lime you squeeze over the soup. Mains range from grilled leg of lamb with ancho Chile marmalade, Peruvian spicy creamed chicken, and mojo marinated pork chops that can easily be paired with the beans with rice and egg to fully complement all the right flavors and notes.

You can happily end with dulce de leche cake, Jerry Caya and the all-time favorite churros in case the standard ice cream, halo-halo, and other Crimson selected cakes and pastries were not enough. The classics and the staples are still always available, of course, in case you are finding yourself craving for Japanese, Italaian, or Filipino favorites. The lunch buffet is at Php 1,235++ with free flowing drinks while the dinner buffet is at Php 1,410++ which also comes with the same drinks. Cafe Eight also wants to announce that there will be a one-night only Latino Wine Dinner Special on the 12th of September for Php 2,050++ per person. This specially designed dinner will feature a five-course wine dinner highlighting Latin American specialties like braised pork and provolone cheese emapandas, seared scallops, escabeche of vegetables, gazpachio sauce, cold avocado corn soup with cilantro oil, slow roasted wagyu beef, and white chocolate fondant with leche paired with the finest bottles of New World wines from Montes Winery. Head on over to Cafe Eight at 8th floor Crimson Hotel Filinvest Manila! Mabuhay Manila.
