It was only a few years ago that we wished laptops would get thinner and lighter to emulate their main point and purpose; a trusty device we can take anywhere to be able to catch up with work anytime.
Taking cues from consumer demands of thinner and lighter laptops that still pack some heat, ASUS has accepted the challenge to break new records with the entire line of ZenBooks they are bringing over to Philippine shores.
Headlining the ASUS 10th anniversary will be the world’s thinnest 2-in-1 – the Zenbook Flip S complete with all the sleek lines and curves with a touch of elegance presented to the audience by no other than Grand Winner of Asia’s Next Top Model (AsNTM) Cycle 5 Maureen Wroblewitz – a model who shows that when style and technology meet, a sophisticated level of influence emerges.
“Just like our newest ASUS notebook collection that perfectly marries innovation and style, Maureen’s win at the Asia’s Next Top Model competition has sparked revolution in the fashion industry; the kind of synergy that makes our premium notebook line and Maureen redefine the word luxury. At ASUS, we bring forward the best notebooks to complement a lifestyle that is both high-powered and elegant. We welcome everyone to the world of thinnest notebook innovations with our ASUS ZenBook and VivoBook modern devices,” shares Anvey Factora, Head of Marketing for ASUS Philippines.
Premium Notebooks for anyone
ZenBook Flip S
Officially tagged as the world’s thinnest 2-in-in convertible laptop that weighs 1.1kg paired with 360° flippable display, the ASUS Zenbook Flip S is your go-to all around device for pretty much what you need it for. Don’t be fooled, the svelte design will also be packing quite a heat with the 7th gen Intel® Core i7 processor as your daily driver and up to 16GB of LPDDR3 and 512GB SSD. The package comes with a stylus (that lacks a holder) with options to get the very beautiful 13.3” LED-backlit FullHD display.
ZenBook Flip 15
The bigger brother adds more screen and options of graphics cards included into the mix with the same Nano-edge Full HD touchscreen to let you get into the details faster. All of the same features of its 13 inch sibling is still present but this time the option to go 1TB + 128GBSSD is present.
VivoBook Flip and Flip 14
The budget conscious version of the Flip series comes in with the VivoBook Flip. As the name suggests, this convertible will be featuring a 14-inch (with option of 15-inch) Full HD display that covers all the features of 2-in-1 capabilities of its more powerful siblings without breaking the bank. It will not be as lightweight as the Flip S at 1.5kg, and it will not have the same graphics processing as the Flip 15 with 940MX GPU but it will have the same processing capabilities and will remain a good contender with those that have bills to pay.
VivoBook E – ‘E’ is for entry-level
Aimed at students and those that want to remain productive but are on a strict budget, Asus has thought to cater to everyone with compact and lightweight options powered by Intel with Pentium processors that boasts up to 10 hours of battery life.
The E12 has a footprint smaller than an 4 sheet of paper at 980g available in Star Grey, Petal Pink and Pearl White complete with unique hexagonal front cover for that little touch of personality.
The E402 comes with a 14-inch display with just about the same options of processing capabilities as the E12 that provides the basics of what you need a notebook for.
